CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business, we depend upon on maximizing occupancy and cancellations often result in empty cottages due to booking lead in times.
For all cancellations your deposit will be refunded less 10% (of the booking total).

Please note that cancellations must be received in writing.

We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

The full amount is required to confirm your booking.

Please contact respective cottage owners for banking deposit details.
EFT payments are preferred
Please contact owners by phone or email with your transaction or receipt number so they can confirm booking and forward you all other information you will need for your stay.
